Role Overview:

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team at our London office. As a Recruiter at BMSL, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and securing candidates for temporary contracts across our specialized industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels (job boards, social media, and our in-house database) to identify potential candidates.
• Screening: Review CVs and conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
• Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with different departments to understand their hiring needs and ensure the right candidates are selected.
• Managing the Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment cycle from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

Benefits:

• 26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 days after 4 years.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Salary:

• £27,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
