Training & Talent Manager

As the Training & Talent Manager, you will be an integral part of our management team, overseeing the development of our consultant team and leading the internal recruitment strategy to support our continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment of company-wide training programs and ensure continuous employee development.
• Identify training needs across the team and design tailored material to support these needs.
• Provide desk-side coaching and real-time feedback to consultants, including reviewing calls, role-plays, and meetings to drive performance improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate training and development activities to ensure alignment with business and consultant objectives.
• Lead the induction process for new starters, ensuring they have the information and resources needed to succeed.
• Manage and own the internal recruitment strategy, including identifying, hiring, and onboarding new consultants to the business.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in sales training, preferably within a B2B, solution-selling environment. Experience in a recruitment environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Passionate about training and coaching, with the ability to design and deliver content at all levels of staff experience.
• Comfortable with technology; we utilize a variety of recruitment technologies, and as the Training Manager, you'll be expected to embrace and leverage these tools, data, and systems to enhance team performance.
• Experience in leading internal recruitment efforts, including advertising, screening, pre-boarding, and onboarding of new hires.
