Are you a driven and motivated recruiter with at least 2 years of experience looking for your next challenge? JS3 Recruitment is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and place top talent across various industries for our clients
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client acquisition to candidate onboarding
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, eventually running your own recruitment desk
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your portfolio
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for sales and relationship building
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- The ambition to build your own business and manage your own desk
