Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles.
- Conduct assessments to ensure the right fit for both the candidate and the client.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed placement targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
