Swift Temps Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bradford. If you have a strong background in sales and recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the opportunity to build lasting client relationships while making a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment needs
- Source and attract top talent using a variety of methods, including social media platforms
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidate suitability
- Keep clients informed of recruitment progress and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Stay current with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and HR developments
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment, either agency or in-house
- Strong skills in lead generation and relationship management
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive with exceptional attention to detail
