Be.Scot, a leading flat-fee recruitment business, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant (or experienced sales professional) to join our team in Glasgow. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with existing clients and prospecting new business opportunities. This role offers a great balance of relationship-building and deal-closing, helping drive growth within the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients, building relationships and generating business.
• Connect with key decision-makers such as HR Managers and Hiring Managers to secure recruitment opportunities.
• Ensure our client and candidate data is up-to-date and relevant.
• Build strong relationships and provide tailored recruitment solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to our collective success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales or recruitment sales.
• A strong, professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• A positive attitude and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the recruitment industry.
