Ignite Search & Selection is a leading recruitment and immigration services company based in the UAE. We specialize in helping individuals obtain visas and job placements across Europe. Our expert recruitment team works across a wide range of sectors, including Legal, Digital/Technology, Retail/FMCG, Construction, and Engineering.

We are currently seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to join our Immigration Services division, focusing on recruiting Sales Agents to support our growing team.

Role Overview:
As an In-House Recruiter, you will primarily focus on the recruitment of Sales Agents to help expand our team. You will work closely with our Immigration Services team to identify, attract, and hire top talent for this essential role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales Agent roles within our Immigration Services division.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to find suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Support bulk hiring efforts and large-scale recruitment projects.
• Ensure the timely and efficient hiring of candidates to meet business growth targets.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume hiring or recruitment projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills and recruitment software/tools.
• Degree-qualified with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Currently residing in the UAE.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 6,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
