i2i Recruitment is a growing international recruitment firm with an impressive client base, working with top 10 accountancy firms. Since our founding in 2010, we have experienced year-on-year growth and are looking for another motivated individual to join our expanding team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Contact top talent within the Accountancy and Finance sectors through outbound calls, emails, texts, and other platforms.
- Build a diverse talent pool to stay ahead of future recruitment needs for our international and national clients.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of headhunters and consultants.
- Advise candidates on market-leading job opportunities.
- Research clients and job roles to match specialist candidates effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bright, enthusiastic, and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Eager to learn, develop, and become an expert in the Accountancy and Finance recruitment market.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
