Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team on a 1-year contract. The ideal candidate will have a background in executive search or recruitment agency environments and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles within the company, focusing on talent acquisition strategies, candidate sourcing, and maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies for various positions, including executive-level roles.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an efficient recruitment process by managing candidate communication, feedback, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, particularly in executive search or recruitment agency environments.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a corporate or in-house recruitment role is a plus.
