About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us find the perfect candidates for our clients. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and clients, providing an exceptional recruitment experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within the industry, with guidance and mentorship from our experienced Recruitment Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in recruitment or sales.
• Drive: A strong desire to succeed and a passion for recruitment.
• Personality: Confident, resilient, and able to engage in meaningful, professional conversations.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.

What You Can Expect:

• Competitive Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 per year, based on experience.
• Commission: Up to 40% commission on what you generate.
• Career Progression: Clear, structured career development with the potential to progress to Directorship within 3 years.
