As we continue to expand in the Housing sector, we are looking for experienced 360 consultants to join our team. Whether you're a Principal consultant looking for a new challenge or you’ve got just a year of recruitment experience and are eager to grow your career, we are keen to hear from consultants at all levels.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with leading organizations in the Housing sector to develop and implement strategic recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing market insights and tailored strategies to meet their needs.
• Source and attract top talent for a wide range of roles across the Housing industry.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring the fulfillment of client requirements with a focus on long-term success.
• Help develop and expand our permanent recruitment offering within the Housing sector.
• Attend sector-specific conferences and networking events to stay ahead of industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record as a 360 recruiter with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and candidates at all levels.
• Drive: Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Focus: A commitment to delivering high-quality talent solutions and building lasting relationships.
• Bonus if you have: In-depth experience in the Housing sector or the wider public sector.
