As we experience significant growth, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our talented Recruitment Team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the broader business and contribute to the success of our People team.

Role Overview:

Working closely with the Recruitment Team, you will proactively identify and attract top external talent, utilizing both traditional and innovative recruitment methods. Your goal is to provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring Impact Food Group is seen as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process for hourly-paid Catering roles across your region, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates from start to finish.
• Act as the first point of contact for recruitment-related queries, providing timely responses via phone and email.
• Work closely with hiring managers to advise on talent attraction strategies and ensure recruitment campaigns are effective, measurable, and deliver strong results.
• Manage job advertisements through our ATS system (Talos) and ensure attraction methods are executed on time.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates at each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring follow-up and updates are provided within set timeframes.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting—targeting competitors to attract the best talent.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the Catering industry.
• Passionate about enhancing the candidate experience and adding value to our employer brand.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on accuracy throughout the recruitment process.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Confident, personable, and able to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Resilient, calm under pressure, and a problem solver with a proactive mindset.
• Proficient in using ATS systems and MS Office, including Excel.
• Adaptable and able to meet evolving business needs and objectives.
