Recruitment Consultant

JWB Recruitment, established in 2023, specializes in M&E recruitment. Due to our continued success, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to build your own desk within your preferred sector. You’ll take full ownership of the 360-recruitment process, including identifying clients and candidates, negotiating favorable terms, and seeing placements through to completion. This role offers flexibility, as you will handle placements on both contract and permanent roles across the UK.

Your Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent via job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates to client needs.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate identification to offer negotiation and smooth onboarding.
• Stay informed about industry trends to provide clients with expert advice.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
