About the Role:
As a self-employed recruiter with Recruited UK, you'll bring your existing clients and develop new business within your chosen sector. This opportunity gives you the independence to manage your workload and hours while benefiting from the resources and back-office support that a leading agency can offer. Your earnings are entirely commission-based, with an uncapped commission scheme and significant earning potential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recruitment Experience: At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with evidence of successful billings.
• Self-Motivation: Be driven and independent, able to manage your own business.
• Business Development Skills: Ability to source and secure new clients, alongside maintaining existing relationships.
• Great Communication: Excellent customer service and communication skills to build long-lasting client relationships.
