As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team and help us connect students with life-changing educational opportunities.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the process of securing educational opportunities that align with their goals. You will:

• Respond to inquiries professionally and enthusiastically, promoting our partner university courses.
• Conduct interviews with potential students to understand their academic goals and career aspirations.
• Provide full support during the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for each student.
• Assist students with paperwork, financing options, and navigating the student finance system.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on applications to ensure timely progression.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that resonate with potential students.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a driven, professional, and highly organized individual with the following skills and qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A results-driven mindset, comfortable working to deadlines and achieving targets.
• A customer-focused approach to ensure high levels of student satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) is essential.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in Russian is a strong plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

• A competitive salary of £25k – £32k per year, plus performance-based bonuses (£15k - £20k annually).
