The Role:

• Position: Recruitment Consultant
• Specialization: Legal secretaries across the UK.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with law firms nationwide to place legal secretaries.
  • Network through calls, emails, and social media to engage with potential candidates.
  • Utilize a large database to source candidates effectively.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts, hitting the ground running.
  • Receive marketing support to boost recruitment efforts.
  • Hybrid working option available after passing probation and hitting targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• A background in law, either through a law degree, work at a law firm, or experience as a recruitment consultant in the legal sector.
• If you're a law graduate with minimal work experience, we still encourage you to apply!
• Naturally competitive and goal-oriented.
• Creative and always thinking of new ways to improve and grow.
• Sociable, confident, and comfortable on the phone.
• Enjoy hitting targets and achieving success.
• Must be commutable to central Newcastle.
