Role Overview:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the construction industry to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record in recruitment or sales and are driven to succeed, this is an exciting opportunity for you. You will manage the full recruitment process, build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, and contribute to the continued success of PSR Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and candidates within the construction sector.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates throughout the process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or a strong sales background, ideally within the construction sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to your work.
