Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach, to identify high-caliber candidates.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track hiring metrics and improve efficiency.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:
✅ Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
✅ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
✅ A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
✅ Experience in technical or engineering recruitment (preferred but not essential).
