With a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates, we are now looking for an experienced recruiter to join our award-winning office in Chester.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and service-driven recruiter to join our team in Chester. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, with uncapped commission and a generous benefits package.
As a recruiter, you will report directly to the Branch Manager and have the following responsibilities:
- Source and place candidates into temporary assignments across Chester and the surrounding areas.
- Handle all branch enquiries via phone and email from both clients and candidates.
- Complete weekly payroll for 70+ temporary workers.
- Write and post engaging job adverts on job board platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, maintaining long-lasting relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face/WhatsApp video screenings to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Communicate with clients daily and visit their premises regularly (own transport required).
- Negotiate terms with candidates and clients.
- Support with ad-hoc duties as required within the team.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re keen to hear from candidates with the following experience and skills:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Permanent Consultant, or Internal Recruiter.
- A proven track record of recruiting for industrial roles such as warehouse, logistics, production, etc.
- Experience in building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ambitious and driven to exceed targets.
- A great team player with a “whatever it takes” attitude.
- A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
