Apprentice Talent Coordinator

t Fawkes & Reece, we are always on the lookout for the next star to join our growing team. We’re seeking a passionate Apprentice Talent Coordinator to help drive our internal recruitment strategy and play a key role in sourcing both graduates and experienced professionals for exciting opportunities within the company. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring strategic positions and supporting our recruitment process as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shortlist candidates for open positions across various departments.
• Raise employment offers and assist with candidate negotiations.
• Update marketing materials to promote our internal recruitment efforts.
• Contact applicants and engage with potential candidates who have expressed interest in joining Fawkes & Reece.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand future growth plans and recruitment needs.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
• Represent Fawkes & Reece at career fairs and networking events.
• Assist with new employee inductions and onboarding processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior recruitment experience required – this is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in the industry!
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 5 or higher).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive and eager to go the extra mile to support the team and contribute to the company’s growth.
