Recruitment Consultant
Bridgeman Recruitment Services is a well-established agency specializing in supplying skilled tradespeople and construction management staff. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to hire experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic team in Stockport, Romiley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit skilled blue-collar tradespeople for various construction roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying clients to placing candidates and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction roles and the relevant qualifications required.
- Motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
- Uncapped commission structure (up to 30%).
