You'll work with a mix of established clients and new business opportunities, supported by a strong team of experienced consultants and a dedicated resourcer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting for Trades and Labour roles within the construction sector
• Engaging with both existing and new clients to build relationships
• Conducting site visits to maintain client connections
• Mapping out regional projects and identifying business opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Trades and Labour recruitment experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong sales and business development background
• Ability to build and maintain successful client relationships
