- Support volume recruitment campaigns by screening applications, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and making offers to successful applicants.
- Enhance the onboarding experience to ensure new team members have a smooth and welcoming start.
- Handle onboarding checks, ensuring requests are sent out promptly and returned reports are securely stored in individual files.
- Provide guidance on right-to-work documentation and check candidates’ right to work using the Home Office service where appropriate.
- Create offer packs and contract documentation for new hires.
- Support retail stores with the selection platform and process, coordinating training and user tools while responding to queries effectively.
About You:
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
- Great attention to detail and solid administrative abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
