Recruitment Consultant

FirstFix Recruitment, a well-established recruitment agency specializing in the construction sector, is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team!

Established in 2012 and based in Strelley, Nottingham, FirstFix focuses on providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Construction trades labor to building sites across the UK. We're seeking a driven and ambitious individual to help us continue our success and expand our client base.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or a strong background in sales.
• A valid UK driving license and your own car.
• A passion for success and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and manage candidates for various positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Reach out to potential clients through calls and emails to grow our business.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks, including right-to-work checks.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: £27,000 - £29,500 (DOE), plus uncapped commission from day one.
