The Role:

Your recruitment journey will start on the candidate side, where you will:

• Write engaging job adverts to attract top talent.
• Source and screen CVs, ensuring only the best candidates are shortlisted.
• Phone screen and interview suitable candidates, assessing their skills and career goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage the recruitment database.

As you grow in the role, you’ll transition to the client side, working directly with businesses to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions across a variety of sectors and job roles.

We are seeking someone who is:

✅ A strong communicator, confident in dealing with candidates and clients.
✅ Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
✅ A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
✅ Previous recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential – full training and support will be provided.
