Talent Acquisition Advisor/ Partner
Ashley Kate HR & Finance is excited to support a prestigious global education provider in West London, seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor/Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter, particularly in the higher education sector, to play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies and attracting top-tier talent. The role offers a hybrid working model, with a requirement to commute to various sites around London when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with academic departments and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Create and manage social media recruitment plans, including using LinkedIn and other platforms to engage with potential candidates.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Oversee all advertising and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Work alongside the marketing team to ensure the organization’s brand supports the recruitment of top talent from the higher education sector.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.
- Provide guidance on best practices for interviews and evaluations, ensuring consistency and fairness throughout the process.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices within the Higher Education sector is essential.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and candidate engagement.
- A successful track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, interview strategies, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
