Wilson Recruitment Ltd is expanding! We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team of four. You'll take ownership of a warm desk with established clients and candidates, while also driving new business opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete 360 recruitment process—from sourcing clients to candidate placement.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while growing a warm desk.
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Source, screen, and interview top talent for permanent roles.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (permanent recruitment experience preferred).
• Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a target-driven environment.
