HR Generalist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Abu Dhabi Aviation. In this role, you will support various HR functions, with a primary focus on employee relations, engagement, and well-being. You will oversee key HR processes such as employee recognition, probation reviews, offboarding interviews, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
• Assist with monitoring budget and payroll functions.
• Educate employees about their benefits through meetings or written communications.
• Administer benefits enrollment and termination processes.
• Address and resolve benefits-related inquiries from employees in a timely manner.
• Create and distribute internal communications related to status changes, benefits, or company policies.
• Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results to provide actionable insights for improving the employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Run standard and ad-hoc reports on HR activity as requested.
• Investigate complaints and issues raised by employees and provide solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest HR trends, best practices, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with a strong understanding of various HR functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
