Role Overview:
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and hiring talented individuals to meet the company’s staffing needs, while ensuring a smooth recruitment process that aligns with our goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs across the organization.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Job Postings and Advertisements:
- Write and post job descriptions that reflect the company’s brand and job requirements.
- Ensure all job postings are updated and aligned on internal and external platforms.
Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Data and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports on progress, metrics, and challenges.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and continuously improve the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the mining, exploration, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience sourcing candidates for technical and specialized roles.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- HR or recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
