Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Represent Smart10 with pride and uphold our core business values.
- Conduct sales calls to introduce Smart10’s services to potential clients and maintain relationships with current clients.
- Interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and availability, matching them to suitable roles. If no vacancies are available, work proactively to source opportunities.
- Arrange and attend client meetings to discuss their recruitment needs.
- Generate leads and opportunities through networking and industry connections.
- Provide clients with detailed candidate profiles and arrange interviews.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends.
Target Achievement:
- Understand that this role is fast-paced and target-driven, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.
- Structure your daily and weekly activities to maximize efficiency and exceed goals.
- Ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing client and candidate queries promptly.
- Drive revenue growth by negotiating successful deals with clients.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and cultures to offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet team objectives and support office growth.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates to assess their needs and availability, ensuring a top-tier service.
- Deliver a welcoming, professional experience to all visitors and ensure Smart10’s first impressions are positive.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for building relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable, but not essential.
