Ventro, Firntec, and LivGreen form an innovative group of companies dedicated to fire safety services and net-zero retrofitting solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team and support our ongoing recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit and headhunt for roles across multiple departments
• Develop and adapt recruitment plans to meet changing needs
• Write and edit engaging job descriptions
• Advertise roles on job boards and manage candidate shortlisting
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews
• Liaise with hiring managers and make job offers
• Draft offer letters and employment contracts
• Handle IT and phone setup requests for new starters
• Communicate with and support new hires before their start date
• Conduct induction sessions and complete onboarding paperwork
• Manage agency relationships when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, positive, and adaptable approach
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
