Ventro, Firntec, and LivGreen form an innovative group of companies dedicated to fire safety services and net-zero retrofitting solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team and support our ongoing recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit and headhunt for roles across multiple departments
- Develop and adapt recruitment plans to meet changing needs
- Write and edit engaging job descriptions
- Advertise roles on job boards and manage candidate shortlisting
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews
- Liaise with hiring managers and make job offers
- Draft offer letters and employment contracts
- Handle IT and phone setup requests for new starters
- Communicate with and support new hires before their start date
- Conduct induction sessions and complete onboarding paperwork
- Manage agency relationships when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, positive, and adaptable approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
