Recruitment Advisor

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in attracting and securing top talent for our organization. You’ll partner with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end hiring process to ensure we bring the best talent on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create detailed job specifications
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to making offers
• Utilize various channels to attract talent, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' suitability for roles
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain and manage a comprehensive candidate database for ongoing talent needs

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous
