Recruitment Business Partner
Gobel & Partner is expanding its Recruitment Team and looking for a skilled and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Automotive recruitment to take their career to the next level. You will be supporting existing accounts and driving the growth of new clients across Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, Off-Highway, and Commercial Vehicles sectors.
About the Role:
This is a sales-driven role, focused on client acquisition and business development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and fulfilling roles across various sectors. The role requires a proactive, motivated individual with strong sales experience and a passion for recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Develop new client relationships through proactive business development, networking, lead generation, and client meetings. Negotiate and issue terms of business.
- Job Profiling/Analysis: Take comprehensive briefs from clients to understand their requirements and the competencies needed for roles.
- Candidate Resourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and CRM databases.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct profile calls and initial interviews, assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
- Interview Management: Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensure clarity of information and facilitate feedback.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage negotiations between client and candidate, including salary, working conditions, and contract terms.
- Client Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, expand their understanding of Gobel & Partner services, and build multi-level relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2-4 years in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role, with a focus on sales, business growth, and client management.
- Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
- Drive: A self-motivated and determined individual with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Desirable: Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, or Tech Recruitment is an advantage, but not essential.
- Other: A clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
