Talent Coordinator
A global business consultancy is seeking a Talent Coordinator to join their team based in Portsmouth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting contractors across the business with onboarding, training, and providing assistance with any queries they may have. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with both contractors and internal teams. This is a great opportunity to contribute to process improvements and enhance contractor engagement within a dynamic global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage events for the contractor community, including calendar scheduling
- Respond to contractor queries and provide additional support as needed
- Deliver system training to contractors, ensuring effective use of internal platforms
- Collaborate with the finance team to provide invoice guidance
- Share best practices with global counterparts to improve processes across regions
- Support the development and implementation of processes for smoother team engagement
- Manage onboarding processes, including drafting contracts and maintaining recruitment trackers
- Oversee the leaver/offboarding process to ensure a seamless transition
- Handle the internal resourcing inbox and respond to requests and queries
- Assist with resourcing self-service by updating Salesforce dashboards, reports, and internal platforms
- Work closely with the Operations team to streamline associate resourcing for client work
- Organize and maintain documentation using the team’s Box folder structure
- Ensure data accuracy, maintain biographies, and support resource allocation
- Create and manage Smartsheet surveys to aid in resourcing decisions
Experience & Skills Required:
- Previous experience in Recruitment or HR administrative roles is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player with the ability to foster great working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheet is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
