As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced M&E Account Manager to join our Blue Collar team in either Manchester or Leeds.

About the Role:

As an M&E Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business development and maintaining strong client relationships across the construction sector. This is a client-facing role with responsibilities that include:

• Managing and developing key accounts within the M&E sector.
• Conducting regular site visits across the Northern region to strengthen and expand client relationships.
• Attending client meetings to maintain strong partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with a dedicated delivery team to ensure operatives are compliant and ready to work.
• Leveraging PSL partnerships and working closely with tier 1 clients to drive growth.

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven recruitment experience, particularly within M&E construction.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of building lasting client relationships.
• A successful business development history, including new client acquisition.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A full, clean UK driver's license.
