Recruitment Consultant

Recruita is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team near Leeds City Centre. With on-site parking and a supportive environment, you’ll deliver temporary recruitment solutions for hospitality and catering roles within public sector organizations, including schools, colleges, universities, care homes, and the NHS.

This is a full 360 recruitment role, encompassing sales, service delivery, and administrative responsibilities. You'll join a close-knit team of four, working collaboratively to provide exceptional service and match top candidates to the right roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete 360 recruitment process, including business development and candidate placement
• Build and maintain relationships with key public sector clients
• Source, screen, and place candidates in temporary hospitality and catering roles
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client requirements
• Deliver excellent service while contributing to team success

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in temporary recruitment, ideally within hospitality, catering, or similar sectors
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently
• A collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach

Working Hours:

Office hours are between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required to work a shared rota covering a 40-hour workweek.
