Talent Acquisition Administrator


Social Interest Group (SIG) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You’ll play a vital role in recruiting and onboarding new employees, bank workers, and volunteers, ensuring a seamless experience while maintaining compliance with employment policies and UK regulations.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of two days per week at our central office or service locations, including a team day on Mondays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively recruit and headhunt candidates across various departments
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including DBS checks and contract preparation
  • Advertise vacancies, screen candidates, and liaise with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Create and manage recruitment reports
  • Conduct new starter inductions and process employment paperwork
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn and manage ATS and HR systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Understanding of UK employment law
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience with ATS/HRIS systems
  • End-to-end recruitment administration experience
  • Knowledge of employment law and equality regulations
  • Professional qualifications in HR or related fields
