What You’ll Be Doing:
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a multi-site role, supporting our sites in Boston, Wisbech, and Spalding with vacancies across factory and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment process, ensuring a consistent and efficient candidate experience
• Posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and making offers to fill vacancies quickly and cost-effectively
• Building a network of potential candidates to help with both immediate and future hiring needs
• Organizing and participating in assessment centers, open days, and external job fairs to promote Greencore as an employer of choice
• Supporting hiring managers and HR teams by providing materials to conduct a fair and consistent selection process
• Ensuring new starter information is passed to the People Services and hiring managers
• Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment data within our Applicant Tracking System
• Completing other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and flexible approach
• Willingness to travel between our Boston, Wisbech, and Spalding sites as needed

Please note, this role involves regular travel between the Boston, Wisbech, and Spalding sites.
