The Opportunity:

• Join us in February/March
• Permanent recruitment within the construction sector
• Multiple desks available for motivated 360 recruiters
• Excellent commission opportunities for high achievers

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent for construction roles
• Negotiating offers and closing placements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably in construction recruitment
• Proven track record of building strong client and candidate relationships
• A driven, success-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Desire to achieve financial success and career progression
• Based within 45 minutes of Marlow (preferred)
