About the Role: Talent Coordinator
As a Talent Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants and helping source high-quality candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Using various tools like job boards, Konker’s database, and LinkedIn to find suitable candidates.
- Conducting interviews (phone, online, and face-to-face) to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Formatting CVs and creating supporting materials.
- Educating candidates on market trends and the recruitment process.
- Working towards monthly targets that contribute to your commission.
- Increasing Konker's exposure by networking and building your online presence (LinkedIn).
- Collaborating with the team to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Managing general administrative tasks, including database updates, spreadsheet management, and email correspondence.
