Dexter Nicholas Ltd is a well-established recruitment agency specializing in Sales Recruitment services for over 15 years. We work with a range of clients, from SMEs to blue-chip multinational companies, across various sectors nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team.

Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing candidates for a wide range of vacancies. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, filling roles across different industries, and working with our comprehensive databases and candidate generation platforms to identify top talent. This is a full-time, office-based role at our Halifax Head Office. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, and eager to earn high commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for various positions across different sectors
• Manage client relationships and understand their recruitment needs
• Fill vacancies assigned to you by engaging with candidates via job boards, databases, and other platforms
• Provide excellent service to both clients and candidates
• Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to achieve business goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment
• Proven experience dealing with both clients and candidates
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with recruitment tools and databases
• A driven, results-oriented attitude with a focus on high earnings
