Talent Acquisition Officer

The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to provide expert advice, develop recruitment strategies, and promote HCPC as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising roles to onboarding successful candidates.
• Work in partnership with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and support compliance with employment legislation and HCPC policies.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive and creative approach to sourcing and attracting talent.
• Experience in public sector or healthcare recruitment (desirable but not essential).
