Recruitment Advisor

The Role:

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offer processes, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives to promote RAC as an employer of choice.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (in-house or agency).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
• Experience in volume recruitment or working in a fast-paced environment (preferred but not essential).
