Academics Ltd is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the education sector. We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Hampshire team based in Ocean Village, Southampton. If you're driven, dynamic, and passionate about business development, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to build and grow your own desk, focusing on schools in Bournemouth and Dorset. You will have the freedom to develop your own career while contributing to the expansion of Academics in the education sector. The role offers great prospects, including the potential to develop a team around you and eventually open a new branch.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is:

• Driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
• Experienced in recruitment or sales, with a proven track record.
• Able to commute to Southampton and ideally hold a full UK driving license.
• Motivated by earning potential and ready to work for it.
