Irwin & Dow is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled HR Manager to join a growing boutique investment firm located in the DIFC. As the first in-house HR function for the company, this is a unique opportunity for a senior HR professional to take full ownership, develop and implement HR strategies, and become the go-to HR expert in the organization. With a team of around 45 employees, the firm has experienced significant growth and is now ready to bring HR in-house to support further expansion.
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of policies and practices. From managing HRIS integration to driving employee engagement and development programs, this role requires someone with a strong operational focus as well as the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
